A travel pipe that holds it's own
Posted by Isak on 17th Mar 2015
Small enough to live up to it's name, but pleasant enough to end up in your regular rotation. The bowl holds enough tobacco for a 20 minute smoke. It does not take a filter, but ironically is one of the dryest pipes I've experienced; after use I wait for it to cool, flip around the stem, and leave it in my pocket without needing to break out the pipe cleaners. A great trait for a "travel pipe" to have. For the most part the bowl stays cool; the thick part you grip stays room temperature, but the thin sides can end up uncomfortably warm. The only detractor is that the ember likes to migrate to the front of the bowl if you smoke it quickly, but it's easily remedied by a touch up with your lighter and less frequent puffs. Overall I'm very happy with the pipe, as both a travel accessory and pleasant day to day smoke.
