This blend is 50% Perique so nicotine lovers will enjoy this blend and others might want to take it slow and easy the first time you try it. Bayou Night is an interesting blend for fans of the big "P" . The other half of this pipe tobacco is Burley, Latakia and stoved red Virginia.

Bayou Night
One of my favorites. Has changed over the years so that now I often add a tad of Latakia. Bulk product is not good, develops acrid moldy/ammonia smell, so only get tins. Like most of C&D blends, needs age first. Should be kept moister than most. Full bodied, smooth, biteless. Probably an acquired taste but there's nothing like it.

Not what it is supposed to be
This is supposed to be a vaper blend with 50 percent per. Not even close . Very little per. Tobacco and this blend is flat on flavor.
