We find it sort of funny that this thoroughly English blend is named Plantation Evening. Regardless, Cornell & Diehl does an outstanding job of blending Latakia, Oriental, Perique and Virginia together to create a smooth and satisfying blend here. Enjoy it at dusk, or any other time of day for that matter.

good blend
I too feel this is a good blend. The flavors crisp and abundant good burn, I recommend for every Tobacco Enthusiast of any level. Classic flavor all will enjoy!

C&D Plantation Evening
I've smoked this blend for some time and truly enjoy it. A smooth, reasonably light blend of aged Virginias, Latakia, Perique and a little Turkish. An outstanding, middle of the road English blend with a delightful flavor. I've just recently smoked a tin of it that's been cellared since 2007. WOW. It was great. So much so that I just purchased one pound. Of course, I've stored it in Mason jars. I recommend trying this tobacco if you're looking for a middle of the road English blend.
