Old Ironsides
This is really good tobacco. I am a huge latakia fan and anything other than an English, I just find boring. So, this is definitely in my wheelhouse. However, there are better baccy's out there in the same family. It does have a deep DEEP earthy taste that is different from anything I have ever tried which, I found unique and interesting. I would guess it is the addition of the dark fired. I would say this a heavy/full blend and an end of the day kind of smoke. It is really nice, just not an everyday kind of nice... for me. It is worth a try if you are a latakia fan or if want something a little different from your Pease, SPC, or C&D. There is nothing else out there like it. I have 5 tins cellared but, I think I'm probably set for a lifetime with this guy. Cheers!
