An honest, compact, goto pipe, the Morgan is one of the first I bought, and still probably my favorite. Punches well above its weight and best value for money pipe on the market.

Great little pipe!
This is a great smoking pipe for a little guy. It’s a quick smoke, but smokes nice and cool. I’ve smoked Sutliff 1M Pipe Tobacco, Peterson Gold and Hoyo de Monterrey in this pipe. All tasted excellent! The pipe is holding up really well after several smokes.

Nice little pipe!
I bought this little pipe, and MM's Little Devil Cutty, so I could more conveniently take shorter smokes than allowed by my regular briars and meershaums (I favor large pipes). Both corncobs fit the bill very nicely. I'll tell you I do prefer this Morgan over the Little Devil because it has thicker walls and so smokes a little more coolly. Since it is so small, though, it is definitely a "nose warmer", and it does tend to get hot. So, take it easy on it. Even so, this pipe is very well constructed and is very sturdy. I smoke it pretty hard, and it shows no sign of burning out. Considering the price, the maintenance-free convenience, and the surprisingly excellent smokes this pipe gives, you just can't beat it! Tobacco tester
I use this pipe purely as a tobacco tester. I don't need to tell you that cob pipes smoke very cool and smooth. So because of the small bowl and short body I can give the tobacco a true test of flavor, body, smoking ability, heat production and burn ability. This little guy never lies about tobacco. If it doesn't burn fast, burn hot, bite badly, taste great etc. my little cobby will tell me. I guess I smoke this little guy more than all my pipes put together. It is still smoking as good as the day I bought it. Cob pipes are truly the unsung heroes of pipes. They simply don't get enough credit. They cost a tenth or possibly a hundredth of those expensive pipes and smoke every bit as good as any pipe you can buy. Yes, they look hokey and are cheep but I challenge you to find a cobby that doesn't smoke great.
