Nording was trying to get the money he was owed but instead found himself in a partnership with the man that contracted the machinery. That partnership fell through, and Nording was soon on his own making smoking pipes for his budding business.
That business quickly earned high marks, and Nording soon became one of the biggest names amongst the growing Danish pipe community. He took his blacksmithing and engineering skills and used them to craft unique pieces by hand.
