Excellent Lighter
Standard IM Corona performance (excellent) with a bit of flair. No, it isn't wind proof but doesn't claim to be.

4th. Generation Lighter
I am really not happy with this lighter, It is not windproof, does not have an "angled" flame, and when using it the flame hits the flint tube, the cap, and blackens and makes them "Hot" ! I didn't give one star because it is a very good looking lighter. I am returning it.
