Smooth and rich. After 40 years of smoking the best tobaccos, this is the best oriental latakia blend I've found.

English with spicy Perique
Such a delightful, full flavored English blend, with just enough Perique to give it a spicy kick. It is strong, yet smooth as can be to the bottom of the bowl.

Brebbia Balkan, good not great
This may be more stars for someone who likes a heavy hand with latakia but as for me it was a bit much and it overpowered the other orientals in the mix. I wanted to like it more than I did due to Kentucky in it but found that the addition of it was not enough to put this one in the reorder column. That said it is quality tobacco and if you like your English style blends latakia forward this may be for you.

A very enjoyable smoke
A very good substitute for Balkan Sobranie. If you are waiting to Balkan Sobranie to become available don't pass this up. I think it is the tobacco you should try to see if it is doesn't satisfy you as well as Balkan Sobranie.

A Balkan like NO other!
This oriental forward English blend with Kentucky/Latakia/Oriental is smooth and well balanced and excellent ANY time of day including special occasions. This is my first experience with Syrian Latakia and now I understand what folks mean when they discuss Syrian Latakia it makes a noticeable difference. Try this blend and begin to understand One of the best Balkan’s in limited existence.
