Tobacco was ok, it has a very strong sweet smell and no sweet taste. The smoke is Farley smooth and burns smooth if you want a straight Virginia taste you might like this blend. The best part was the Mason jar the blend came in.
After letting this one dry out for 10 min. It is beyond smooth very taste buying more.
I'm really enjoying this blend. I'm still a newbie to pipe smoking. This is my first Virgina/Perique and it's great. I think I'll definitely re-up when I run out.
This tobacco has a sweet smell with a smooth taste. It is not harsh. No particular taste.
Broken flake in a small glass jar. Dark honey color with some wheat color mixed in. Smells like raisin, fig, a little citrus, and some pepper. Easy to rub out or just fold and stuff. Not hard to light and keep lit. The smoke is tasty. I get the dried dark fruit and spice from the perique and a little bit of sweetness from the Virginia. As the bowl progresses, I get a flavor that reminds me of the original Dentyne chewing gum. I like VaPers and this is a pretty good one. I wish it came in larger packaging or bulk.
