Another Krumble Kake from Cornell & Diehl, we’re really not sure where the Bow-Legged Bear gets its name. Regardless, it’s a strong English blend. Fans of the super-strong Latakias and Periques will like this blend.

Great little English blend.
Great tasting product that burns nice. It had arrived in great condition both times that I’ve ordered it. I think the strength is a bit overstated in the description but that had nothing to do with product quality. Good stuff!

horrible plan an simple
Bow Legged Bear
Great flavor and aroma. Very mild, almost no bite.
C&D Bow Legged Bear
Upon opening the tin the 1st scent that I detect is a sour one. The sourness is also what remains in my mouth after the bowl is finished. About half way into the bowl there is pretty good flavor. Maybe the Turkish is creating the sourness, I just don’t know. This is one I will not buy again.
Deep and pleasant right out of the tin
Notes of currant and vanilla cover a lightly nutty base. Thoroughly enjoyable. Smokes cool right after opening. A notable nicotine content, but not overpowering. The natural sweetness still bursts through.
One of my new favorites
Very nice...perfect moisture content right out of the time..need more.
Got it Right
Burleys and Virginia round and sweet balancing the Latakia which is held in check by the Perique. I smoke mostly English and Balkan and this is my current best English for cost and availability. I am buying 8 oz. Cause it's easy to enjoy and it doesn't get old.
A classic blend
BLB is fantastic! You get smokiness from the Latakia, a nice peppery spice from the Perique ( it tends to dominate which I like), nicotine from the Burley, as well as a hint of sweetness from the Virginias. If you like med/strong English blends, you should try this.
