Cornell & Diehl Red Odessa seems to be the fan favorite among the four varied blends, Odessa, Pirate Kake, Engine #99. We like them all, but if you want to go with the “fan favorite” here it is. Whichever you choose, fans of English blends really can’t go wrong with these.

    Hidden Gem!!!

What a wonderful English blend! Sweet/Sour, Spicy Smoky. This blend needs your attention. Don't see this in a lot of top ten lists but it deserves a place. Highly recommend!

Very well balanced, not as strong as I might like.

    Red Odessa

Was a little moist upon opening. The left bag opens for a day and it was just right. Tasty, spicy, burns well and I cannot describe all of the wonderful flavors it produces. Great smoke and since I purchased in bulk, I put up a couple of jars to age.

This fairly recent discovery is probably one of the better all-day Virginia/Latakia/Turkish/Perique blends I've found. I'd put it in the medium-strength category. Just a nice smoky, succulent, all-around smoke. It actually reminds me more of some of those great English/Latakia blends from 40 to 50 years ago than certain others.
