It’s hard to believe that Tuggle Hall is a 10-year-old blend, but it’s been pleasing smokers since 1996. The pleasing blend from Cornell & Diehl is Perique, Latakia and Cavendish blended to perfection.

Pleasant early evening blend
I find this blend to be about midway between Presbyterian and Peterson Nightcap both in flavor and strength. The opening statement was dominated by Perique with Latakia lurking in the background, but there is a Virginia brightness that tends to cut the other two tobaccos somewhat. In "chewing" after a puff late in the smoke, I could detect a slight nuttiness which was not bad. Slight nic hit, less than the Nightcap but noticeable. I would prefer less Cavendish and a bit more Latakia in this blend, but since my go-to late evening bowl is Nightcap I can smoke a bowl of Tuggle Hall earlier on and then finish with the Peterson. I'm basically satisfied with it as a precursor to the Nightcap.
