Cult brand tobaccos are aromatic, infatuating, and fun. One of the company's new creations is the Conspiracy blend. This is a combination based with Black Cavendish that has been flavored with honey and vanilla. The only part of this smoke that is better than the sweet taste is the even sweeter smell. Love it, has more flavor than the Blood Red Moon, but no compliments on the smell when smoking. So if you're after complements stick with the Blood Red Moon, when you want a little more flavor go with this. It's still a very smooth smoke all the way through, just more tobacco flavor.
First off I am a newbie at pipe smoking, see my review for Cult Militia. I purchased Cult Conspiracy along with Cult Militia. I found this tobacco to be a little stronger version of Cult Militia. The flavoring is fairly similar with Cult Conspiracy having a slightly stronger tobacco flavoring and a more subtle maple / honey flavor but has no tongue bite. It burns well straight out of the tin, with no drying needed. If you are trying pipe smoking for the first time, purchase some Cult Militia, then move to the Cult Conspiracy. Both are fine tobaccos that I can highly recommend.
I prefer the militia blend, but this is good too.
Aromatic! This blend burns, tastes, and smells great. The perfect “anytime” tobacco. Definitely ordering more if/when it becomes available again.
Definitely best if smoked slow.
My first Cult, and very satisfied. To me, Conspiracy tastes like a high-quality cherry-flavored aromatic. Pleasant and mild base tobacco mix, masterfully infused with flavor.
Even though this type of blend is not my cup of tea I really enjoyed this one. Don't get in a hurry and you'll enjoy it a lot more. Cool Smokey taste with a hint of spice makes this an afternoon delight for me. Light it up and enjoy.
Conspiracy made be among the best Cult aromatics. It starts off with a Virginia and black Cavendish base, there is burley and a little latakia in there to build an additional later. Finally, there is a wonderful vanilla and honey layer. I can smell the honey, but I cannot taste it. That is likely the result of an unsophisticated palate. I guess you could describe this one as sophisticated aromatic.
