Just received my pipe
I smoked it once when I noticed an inch long crack from the tenor up the stem. Tried to contact Dr. Grabow via their website. They obviously on communicate with Americans & American email addresses. I wanted warranty or repair advice. This company only wants American customers. I'll stick with my other pipe producers. I won't even purchase their filters locally. Very poor commerce.

Simple and affordable
I like this pipe for a late night smoke before bed. Smokes clean and smooth. For the price, it's a nice addition. I enjoy that it's light and performs well. Has a nice finish and color as well.
