Most pipe smokers begin their journey with a tin, or even a pouch, of aromatic tobacco. There comes a time when all smokers begin to crave something a bit more satisfying. But jumping to far up the strength spectrum can do more harm than good. That is why we love blends like Montgomery. This combination of Kentucky and Virginia tobacco is gentle but it will introduce more complex flavors to the smoker's mouth.

Great burning tobacco. Lights easy and maintains good Virginia flavor throughout the bowl. Good choice when you want big flavor in a short smoke.
This is enjoyable tobacco. Mild and pleasantly smooth. No bite or nicotine shock. It seems to get better with age.
This is my first Virginia with dark fired Kentucky blend. I found this tobacco very sweet and flavorful. I smoked this in my Molina churchwarden which helped curb the tongue bite. This is a sipper for sure. The Virginia tends to burn hot. The overall great flavor just take it slow and you will enjoy the sweet reward of the Virginia with a splash of smoky goodness of the dark-fired Kentucky.
This is a Great Virginia, highly recommended, mild, do not underestimate.
