I've enjoyed most of the dozen or so Molina pipes I have and have found I really like these heavy-walled 111 models most. They are insanely low-priced but the reason is that they are made quickly and occasionally have an annoying flaw. Most common flaw is the drilled channel does not often line up well enough with the stem to allow a pipe cleaner to travel all the way to the bowl, it gets hung on a lip or ridge, Usually, a slight bend to the tip of a pipe cleaner and some twisting and probing gets the job done, and for a $35 pipe, that's worth the hassle to me. They are long lasting. The finish on some of them is a varnish which burns free from the top of the bowl at some point, but the bowls themselves, and the finish that doesn't contact flame is durable and attractive. They look really nice. On my last one, the stem to bowl joint leaked moisture, and that's not acceptable. However, the majority of my numerous Molina pipes are trouble-free, attractive, smoke well and have won me over despite a few hassles. Most are just fine. Its a gamble but well worth it in my opinion. So I am forced by realistic and truthful reviewing to give it an average rating, but its an average I think many folks will be glad to exchange for the excellent price tag.
