Very sweet Creamy Caramel, as with a lot of these Peterson blends, it smokes smooth until you freight train puff it then it will bite you. According to my wife, the room note on this is very nice.

Peterson’s Sweet Killarney
This is a fine sweet tasting nice smelling aromatic. It burns without bite and has a nice tobacco flavor even with the caramel topping. I enjoy it and would recommend it to aromatic smokers first and foremost and even if you aren’t an aromatic smoker, it is still quite enjoyable on the occasion

Sweet light caramel
It is a decent smoke. The tin note is caramel. The smoke is a light sweet caramel. Just an average blend for me. This one tin will last a long time since it's average, I will only be smoking it on occasion.

Excellent very cool smoke for any time, nite or day.
This tobacco was excellent! Smokes cool and rich with notes of walnut, and vanilla, with that peppery bite on the end of the flavor profile. Folks don't mind the odor either. Just sayin'...

Sweet Tooth
First time I smoked 'Sweet Killarney' I found myself trying to eat the smoke. It smells that delicious. The tobacco packs well, burns cool and leaves a white ash. I have this in my rotation for those times I want to treat myself with something yummy. Kudos to Peterson!

Plum good!
This is the second Peterson tobacco I've had the pleasure to smoke (Irish Dew was my first;-) . "Sweet Killarney" is touted as having a caramel flavor, and it does, especially from about midway thru the smoke. But to me, the major flavor is a kind of cross between plum and fig. This is especially noticeable when smelling the tobacco from the tin, but it comes thru in the smoke, too. Yet, this tobacco is not cloyingly sweet, like some of the other highly aromatic blends. There is sweetness here, but it is well-balanced. This is a very satisfying after-dinner evening smoke. It may not be for everyone (die-hard lovers of non-aromatics may not care for this), but of the more highly aromatic blends I've tried over the years, "Sweet Killarney" may be the best. I think it's just plum good!
