Rattray's Bone Tamper - Gun Metal Satin

While not cheap, this tamper is worth every penny. And you will be reminded of that fact, every time you use it. Machined from solid brass, it provides welcome weight that assists in the tamping process. The taper at the waist makes for a secure grip. The tool, mounted in the screw-in cap, can be used as a pick, scraper, and the small screwdriver tip is perfect for those small flame adjustment screws found on a lot of lighters. But, the real beauty is the tapered tamp end. The taper and sharper circumference of the tamp allows the tamper to be angled and really work the side of the bowl. Best of all, the tapered tamp does NOT collect ash and tobacco! So, no more bowl debris deposited on your clothes, table top, etc. Lastly, the gun metal finish is beautifully done. But you tamp in style. Has a perfect weight to it and treats the side of the bowl wonderfully. Its expensive for a tamper but it is the best of the best.
