**Manufacture Change: Lightly Vacuum Sealed with Plastic Seal On Tin**
Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake relies on a multi-step process of cold-pressing and steam-pressing to add strength and deepen the flavor of this straight Virginia blend. It’s an all-natural smoking experience that Virginia fans will enjoy, but smoke it slowly and after a meal if you’re used to lighter blends. It packs more punch than regular Virginia blends.

Put it in the cellar, always been top tier Virginia even better with age.
Tin note smells like tea and wheatfields. The taste is mellow and sweet. Only problem I have is how hard it is to light and to stay lit.
Truly one of the best Virginia blends I’ve ever smoked, it has an excellent taste. Highly recommended!
Fantastic straight Virginia. No flavoring or Perique. I’ve smoked this one for years now. I’ve had the bulk and times, but for whatever reason, I always found the tins the best way to go. Maybe I don’t go thru the bulk bag as quickly. Sometimes out of stock, so I order it whenever I can. A real staple in my opinion. FWIW, I also enjoy the SG Best Brown Flake; the medium flake not so much. Pipe Used: Italians Similar Blends: Nothing comes close..
There aren't many British manufacturers left. Not only is this blend a piece of history, but it is unique among Virginias. Very good taste that goes well with autumn weather and a finger of Bourbon.
Not a review because what more can be said about FVF. But TP has some of the best customer service in the biz. I had ordered a 250g bag and they accidentally sent out a 50g tin in the order. I called customer service and they sent out the 250g bag the same day and told me to keep the tin as well. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
One of the best Virginia tobaccos ever. Gets better with age. Buy and age it.
I liked this blend. It is a full and rich Virginia.
The flake provides mildly tangy dark fruit sweet, very earthy Virginia taste with a touch of pepper/spice, a fair amount of wood, a little tart and tangy citrus, grass and mild floralness. The tinned flakes are cut nicely, however, the bulk comes with almost broken flake form.
