Many years ago I smoked this tobacco but lost track of it. You are the first tobacconist I've seen with this tobacco.

Don't let the haters fool you.

Ok, so I went into this one expecting it to be a wretched cesspool of vileness. If you've ever read through many reviews of this tobacco, it becomes clear that a lot of people hate it. I mean really hate it.. hate it so much that they don't even have to smoke it to hate it. Pouch note upon opening it was intense Wintergreen and some other sort of something I couldn't identify. Due to the moisture level, my first bowl was a failure. I let it dry out thoroughly, and since then have been really enjoying it. A fellow piper once said he thought it tasted like root beer, and on that, I'd have to agree.. it does.. and I love it. Once dry it is an easy smoke, and pleasant all the way to the bottom.

    I get it,

Wasn’t sure what to expect based on a lot of reviews that I’ve read. Also, I’m not a big fan of aromatics so I was ready to dislike it. That said, I really dig this stuff. Yes, a very distinct floral type essence that I’m sure is the reason for why it is so polarizing. Some will get it and some will not. I get it.

If it's good enough for Hugh, it's good enough for me!

I bought this because apparently, Hugh Hefner preferred it, although it doesn't seem to have a great reputation. Honestly, I love it. You never know with aromatics, but I really enjoy the flavour.
