Vauen 3915 Classic Smooth
WOW! Why can't others do this simple step in the manufacturing of their pipes! What Vauen does is coat the bowl with a protective resin. This resin means NO BREAK IN NEEDED! You can begin using your usual pack immediately. I waited to post this review until I had smoked six bowls over a couple weeks. There was a taste to the resin that lasted 3-4 bowls, but the taste was not unpleasant,and the cake is forming nicely. The performance of this pipe is outstanding. Just what you would expect from German engineering. This pipe is a very welcome addition to my eight pipe rotation. I give this pipe my highest recommendation for pipe lovers at any experience level.
