The Irish Dew blend is a great representation of the sweet and seductive nature of Irish made tobacco. The light bodied nature of this vanilla and chocolate cased tobacco qualifies it for being your next go-to smoking blend. Not only will this Virginia and Burley blend taste great for you, but it will please all those around you when you light up your bowl.

Childhood Chocolate mint
I hate to compare this tobacco to childhood memory of a chocolate candy mint however it's not far from the truth. We all interpret flavors differently due to our own experiences with food, drink and of course tobacco. I did enjoy this tobacco very much and what it does it does well and if you take anything away from this review it should be this. This is a chocolate forward flavored tobacco with a semi sweet vanilla note and a slight cool mint finish. The tobacco note is mild and can overshadow the sweetness of this product if smoked to quickly, this tobacco needs to be smoked very slowly to enjoy all that it has to offer. The burn is clean and even with nice ash cap however this tobacco can be scorched if smoked too quickly. My tobacco was a little dryer than I am use to which may have contributed to a little more heat and faster burn "equals" scorched tobacco if not careful, so unwrap this Andy's Chocolate Mint Candy Reminiscent Tobacco and enjoy !

Verrrrry nice!
My first try of the Peterson brand (I have some "Sweet Killarney" to report on, too). This blend is very smooth and mild - lightly aromatic - but it has enough "presence" to ensure you won't grow bored with it. I guess there IS some vanilla and chocolate flavor here, but it is extremely subtle. The overall flavor and aroma reminds me a little of the old Kentucky Club Mixture (red plaid pouch), which was one of my starter brands in the late 70s. It has a nuttiness to it - must be the burley. Irish Dew is verrrry nice. It's truly tasty! You can smoke it all day. I reccomend it highly. Nice job Peterson!
