The 1957 blend from Erik Stokkebye is an all-day smoking Aromatic blend of Burleys, black Cavendish and fine Virginias. A restrained top note of vanilla and/or caramel-ish persuasion makes this ribbon-cut blend a favorite of new smokers and old-timers alike.

4 g hit it right. Perfect blend.
Very tastefully done, not to sweet, but great room note.

Good, not perfect. Works well as a base for blending.
I tried this with several other 4th Gen types. It comes sooo close but just not perfect for my tastes.

Erik Stokkebye 1957 blend
I don’t know what to tell you. This stuff is so good I sprinkle it on my ice cream.

4th generation 1957
Of all the 4th generation options I enjoy this one the most. Great flavor and aroma, and pleasant room note. I give it 4 stars because it is hard to keep lit even after letting it breathe and dry.

Very nice flavor
This is my favorite of the 4th generation blends that I've tried so far (I bought the 1855 & 1897 as well). The other blends are good, but I really like that touch of vanilla and the smoothness of this blend.
