Stratford is a fantastic middle-of-the-road pipe tobacco. This Va/Per has just enough flavor and kick in it to please the curmudgeons while there isn't too much for the younger smoker. This balanced tobacco is best enjoyed on a pleasant afternoon in the backyard, on the porch, of while driving around handling some errands.

No complaints other than it gets harsh as you get down toward the bottom of the bowl and that nic hit gets you good!

Very good balanced VA/PER. The Virginias taste smooth and with citrus notes. The Perique brings a nice peppery finish. Very solid medium VA/PER. One of my favorites!
