So far has smoked MUCH cooler than either of my 2 briar pipes - Probably because I'm a rookie & I've heard the "corncobs" are more forgiving. VERY Satisfied with purchase!

Received wrong pipe
I had order a legend but ended up receiving a patriot model instead. I ended up keeping it cause I didn't want to have to wait for another pipe to ship considering this was my first pipe ever. But still it's a great smoking pipe I don't have many tabaccos yet so I'm not an expert at what is good and what's not I just going off my experience of smoking cigarettes cigars and black&milds and this pipe beats em all in how relaxing it is and how much I enjoy smoking it. Great first buy even thought it wasn't what I ordered.
