    Molina shorty black 125

Excellent pipe. Great mouth feel, smokes well, looks amazing. Everything you need in a pipe and makes a great primary or back up to have in the coat pocket.

    Painted

The paint or coating on the pipe started coming off after first few uses. Would not buy again.

Short, light, and a 9mm filter

Posted by Joel on 20th May 2022

I like this pipe quite a bit. Price is cheap so I don't worry about it too much. It uses a 9mm filter, which most of my other pipes use as well. I like the filters because I can be a wet smoker. I don't have a problem clinching the pipe but I smoke pipes of various sizes with 9mm filters and have a lot of practice doing it. I'm a fan of straight pipes because of the saliva issue I mentioned above. The Dublin shape is one of my favorites. The black finish hides blemishes and I plan on being a little rough on it. Rattray's Goblin is a similar pipe I own but it's a little larger, nicer, and it's more expensive. I gave it 4 stars because it does exactly what I want it to do but it's not a pipe that's going to blow you away. The stem doesn't fit perfectly either but I bought it to throw in my pocket and for traveling when I didn't want to fuss with a more expensive pipe anymore. This get's it done and smokes well.

    Hard to Hold

Posted by Andrew B on 29th Oct 2020

The extreme taper of the mouthpiece means I can only hold it by the very tip with my front teeth. I have ordered a different flatter mouthpiece from Amazon and I hope it will fit. The bowl also gets surprisingly hot for how thick it is. Otherwise it's ok, I guess.
