Sweet
Forgive the pun, please, but this honey of a pipe is a pleasure to smoke. Smooth, easy draw, long lasting smoke with virtually any tobacco. Short and compact, it is easy to hold. I've never had to relight this pipe. Expensive, but worth it.

Savinelli Miele Honey Pipe 642 Tobacco Pipe
I accidentally posted this review for the wrong pipe, the 316, when it is the 642 I have.... here is my review for the 642. This pipe was a gift from my wife, is my 3rd Savinelli, and is now my favorite pipe. First off because it is a gorgeous pipe, stunningly beautiful. Second, as with all Savinelli's, you don't have to break it in, and they mean it. I'm a novice pipe smoker and my first bowl I smoked took exactly an hour, and I had one char light and one true light. It smoked perfectly just about all the way down to nothing. It never got hot, no gurgling. It's such a beautiful pipe and one of SEVEN pipes I have now, and it's my absolute favorite. I'm hooked on Savinelli. This is a GREAT pipe, and I'm saying that as a novice, very new smoker. This pipe comes in a larger box than the other Savinelli's I have, and comes with a "honey" tamper, and a nice golden brown pipe sack. It should be noted that all 3 of my Savinelli's I have recently acquired, NONE of them came with the balsa wood filters they normally come with, as they are saying they can't source the Balsa wood, so buy some filters as it won't come with one. Highly recommend!

This is my first real pipe and it is great! Very cool smoking and pleasurable to hold. I only wish they made a larger one with the same size bowl. Regardless I would and may buy another. Please consider that I am a novice pipe smoker.

This is my first real pipe. I’m a novice pipe smoker but I feel really comfortable with this pipe. It smokes really well and of course, I discovered that fresh tobacco makes all the difference. In my opinion, this is a wonderful pipe.

I love my new pipe! Smokes great and the stem is mesmerizing. My only qualm is held with the fact that a pipe cleaner can't pass through the stem and shank; into the bowl for easy cleaning without taking it apart. This is true of many pipes I'm certain. Other than that it's a great smoke, and I look forward to many bowls over the years to come.

Sweet Smoking Beautiful Pipe
Just unboxed my new pipe an hour ago. Great packaging. Liked the pouch and tamper. Loved the look and feel of the pipe in my hand, Packed it with some Virginia Red Flake and fired it up. Very easy smoking pipe. Breathes well. Really brought out the natural sweetness of the Virginia Red. Love this pipe.
