F & K Black Bayou Bulk Pipe Tobacco

This is probably my favorite blend I have smoked so far. I'm fairly new to pipe smoking and can honestly say this is one I will grab everytime I order and it is in stock. Very complex each bowl is a little different. Dark oily smoky and spicy. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Excellent English with a dark fired backbone. Only pick this one if you like robust English hybrids, such as produced by C&D (Bayou Night, Habana Daydream, Billy Budd). Except this is European, and possibly more refined. Dark fired acts much like cigar leaf here. It should be a 4/5 for strength.

I received a sample of Black Bayou Mist from a friend and loved it. Had to order some and TobaccoPipes had a great deal on the bulk.

I have been a cigar smoker for years and have just recently branched out into pipes. I started pipes the same way I started smoking cigars....lots of sampling, lots of adventurous purchases. Most pipe tobaccos that I found were very fruity with floral notes and my tastes have always leaned towards more full-bodied smokes. Then I found Black Bayou. This is my dream blend. Unfortunately, my local tobacconist informed me that it was no longer being made. So, now I'm on a new adventure....buying all of it that I can possibly find. If you know where I can find some or find out that it's being made again I would love to know.
