The Savinelli Churchwarden is popular for its curvaceous simple bend and hefty feel in the hand. Presented here with a brown rustic finish, it’s a cool smoke with an awful lot of class for an afternoon of reading in your favorite smoking chair.

    Fun to smoke

Posted by Aaron on 14th Jun 2022

This was my favorite for some time, but I don’t think it is any more. It allows for great hand placement when smoking. Really the only cons for this are cons that would be universal for all churchwardens. Glad it’s in my collection.

    Pipe

This pipe is beautiful. Smokes very very well right out of the box, easy to clean, stays cool. Love it!

    First churchwarden

I'm obviously no expert since I haven't smoked a churchwarden before, but I really like this pipe. It does reduce the bite a lot, my only complaint is that it takes a bit more work to draw on though I'm assuming that's always going to be the case with such a long stem. The finish looks great, I'm not usually partial to rusticated pipes, but this one caught my eye and it looks every bit as good in person.
