I understand that not all factory pipes a perfect the first one I received had a defect however what you don't expect these days is prompt friendly services. I contacted tobacco pipes support and they dispatched a new pipe and provided me with a prepaid return slip. All of this with in minuets of me receiving the faulty product. The replacement arrived and is of the quality of pipes I would expect from Salvinelli . Oh and I should mention that the price is better than my locals and most other web provider. This is the 3ed pipe I have bought from Tobaccopipes and will not be the last. Thank you
